PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the SM Admissions website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.

Information you provide

If you send a Strategy Snapshot or contact request, the form may include your name, contact information, questionnaire answers, planning priorities, constraints, and optional context you choose to provide.

Basic attribution data

The site can preserve referral and campaign parameters such as UTM tags so SM Admissions can understand which marketing source led to a request. It does not need those fields to identify you personally.

What not to send

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or credit-card information, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the Strategy Snapshot form.

How information is handled

Use. Information submitted through the site is used to provide the requested Strategy Snapshot follow-up, Needs Analysis, related service communication, and basic business administration.

Forms and hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms for submissions. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed through the hosting/form infrastructure used to operate the site.

Sale of data. SM Admissions does not sell personal information.

Retention. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Visitors may request deletion of information that SM Admissions controls, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page use and the Strategy Snapshot → Needs Analysis/contact funnel. GA4 may use cookies and collect device/browser, page, referral, campaign, and interaction-event information. SM Admissions' custom GA4 events are designed not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text questionnaire responses, or other form-entered personal details to Google Analytics. Categorical funnel context such as visitor type, student stage, primary concern, preferred contact method, and campaign attribution may be measured. When a Needs Analysis form is submitted, the form may also preserve GA4's anonymous client and session identifiers so later lead-stage outcomes can be reconciled with the original acquisition session without placing the Measurement Protocol API secret in browser code. Browser privacy controls, extensions, or blocking technologies can limit analytics collection.

Children under 13. The contact form is not intended for children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should make the contact request for a child under 13.

External links. Strategy Snapshot resources may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.

Contact. Privacy questions or deletion requests can be made by calling or texting SM Admissions at (781) 269-2957.

Effective date: September 28, 2026.

Start with a clear plan.

The free Strategy Snapshot gives you a first-pass plan before contact information is required. If you send it for a Needs Analysis, the review continues from the current recommendation instead of restarting intake.
