TERMS + DISCLAIMER

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the SM Admissions website and clarify what the Strategy Snapshot and related guidance are, and are not.

Educational guidance

Website content and the Strategy Snapshot are planning tools and educational guidance. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

No guaranteed outcome

SM Admissions does not control admissions, scholarship, financial-aid, licensing, hiring, or career decisions made by schools, employers, agencies, or other third parties and cannot guarantee a particular result.

Verify changing requirements

Deadlines, policies, testing rules, financial-aid requirements, program prerequisites, transfer-credit rules, and external resources can change. Important requirements should be verified with the responsible institution or official source.

Using the site responsibly

Application integrity. Students remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their applications and final written work. Strategy, brainstorming, feedback, organization, and revision guidance should support the student’s own work rather than replace it.

No institutional affiliation implied. References or links to colleges, government resources, College Board, Common App, employers, or other organizations do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Availability. SM Admissions may update, correct, or discontinue website content or tools as requirements and services change.

Third-party links. External links are provided for convenience and verification. SM Admissions is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

Paid services. Any paid engagement is optional and should be governed by the scope, pricing, and service terms communicated before paid work begins.

Contact. Questions about these terms can be directed to SM Admissions at (781) 269-2957.

Effective date: September 28, 2026.

Start with a clear plan.

The free Strategy Snapshot gives you a first-pass plan before contact information is required. If you send it for a Needs Analysis, the review continues from the current recommendation instead of restarting intake.
